Dear Stephen, We provided the room that you booked through hotels.com and did NOT change it. We NEVER ever change any room without the guest's knowledge/ approval. We have shared the details of the emails hotels.com sent us with your room name. Thanks for sharing the picture in your email that hotels.com sent. This pictures was NOT of the room you booked and we have reported this technical glitch to them. However they did not provide any solution. During your stay - you seemed to be happy with the room, the service, the breakfast and also gave a nice tip to our team members. We appreciate your interaction with us.We wish you has mentioned something about your impression of the room you had booked v/s where your stayed. We would have tried to find a solution. We wish you a happy 4th of July!

A Gem at Shasta Lake

The bed was excellent the television easy to use the refrigerator cold and best of all the shower was unbelievable! They spent a lot of money on the shower in the jackrabbit room and it was a great experience. But the breakfast, was probably the biggest surprise of all—no simple, cheap hotel buffet here. A made to order breakfast that was extremely tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. If I had a complaint, it would only be that this particular room did not have any sort of chairs or table for outside sitting And the walls inside were mostly bare. Please put up more of those beautiful oil paintings that you have decorating some areas. We will definitely be back even though there are no views of the lake and it is somewhat close to the five freeway so noise is a small factor, but not inside the rooms
