Clean & simple

Close to RP Funding where we were attending events. Also close to Florida Southern to see Frank Lloyd Write building designs. Small but met our needs Kitchen had all we needed to eat some "at home" Has washer & dryer, if needed Coffee & snacks were welcomed! To manager/owner: replace towel bar in master..loose on wall change pretty, cute bathroom rugs to "NON SKID" for safety

Funeral

We had to find a place to stay. We were coming down to Lakeland for my uncles funeral. This place was fabulous and super clean!!! He had everything you needed and the snacks were a bonus!! Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

Great trip to LEGOLAND

Very clean property thankful for all the snacks and toiletries. Thanks for the coffee and water. Only issue was one tv in the living room. No tvs in any other room. But we were gone most of the day so we survived that. All in all it was a very nice stay

Short getaway!

Dameon was an excellent host especially with his attentiveness! The only issue we had was the way the company had the property listed on the website but Dameon was on top of it! It makes things easier when you have direct contact with the property manager and because of that, we really enjoyed our stay! Dameon you are much appreciated!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a fabulous experience staying here . Dameon was extremely helpful , we checked in in the middle of the night and it was so smooth...Dameon had treats , coffee and creamer for us for the next morning when we arrived and a whole bunch of extra stuff like toiletries if needed. Highly recommend this spot :)

The house was very cozy. It was clean and comfortable. Owner made it feel like home away from home with a variety of personal touches and items available for use. We enjoyed our stay. It’s conveniently located near several places we were visiting. Owner was nice and quickly responded to my messages. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Well appointed and great location

This apartment was perfect for us. A few minutes to downtown and our activities. The place was well set up with personal touches including a variety of toiletries, candies and a coffee maker, coffee / cream. Comfortable set up for relaxing with tv in the evening. Host was very pleasant and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.
