Our cozy suite is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland and less than an hour from Disney World!
Walking distance to many stores and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy many of the local nature walks close by.
Walk under majestic oak trees through our super safe neighborhood to the recreation center just a block away. Work out, play tennis or pickle ball. Courts are free week days until 5 pm and all day Sundays. The recreation center has a full gym as well as Olympic sized pools.

Clean and quiet place to stay!
We were visiting family in Lakeland and decided to stay in this suite instead of getting a hotel. We were super impressed - the suite is in a central area of town, was really clean, and check-in and entry was easy! We will be back!

Great set up. Nice location.
The room was very clean and felt very private. We could come and go very easily. The host was easy to contact. They provided paper plates, bowls and utensils for our stay. The AC worked great! It was a lovely neighborhood just a short drive from many sites and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for over night stay
Really enjoyed the room, a little hard to walk at night all the way back to that part of house, very cozy, would suggest offering a full roll of TP and having a coupe bottles of water in fridge. Otherwise I’d stay again. Very quiet and relaxing. It was two miles from where my friends were staying so very convenient.

My stay was great… the best I’ve experienced on vacation in years. My friend & I truly enjoy the caring host & family… we had great conversations with the host & her dad. They were so sweet & caring about us & if we had any needs, which were none truly‼️ This Suite was very clean & comfortable, in a good neighborhood. It was within walking distance, only at our age we drove, to Walmart, fast food, restaurants & shopping. When I travel back to Lakeland, FL, this will be my #1 choice to stay at again, if it’s not booked😃❤️👍‼️ 💯 % Best Vrbo to stay at in Lakeland, FL😃‼️ Thanks Host & family for being so caring & nice to us😃❤️😃‼️

Amazing!
Such a beautiful property, the backyard is full of life and we saw so many geckos! The inside of the property was amazing, it had a nice warm feel and the lighting was beautiful!! The mattress was comfortable and they left snacks and waters for us. They are very kind people and were very understanding when we had to leave a day early. This is definitely an amazing place to stay.

Quaint and Convenient
The property owners and property manager were very attentive and nice. Any time we crossed paths with them they checked on us to see how we were doing, but we were not overwhelmed by them. The space was very clean and cozy and I was able to work remotely from the included desk/work area during our stay. Close to local community center, shopping, and easy access to I-4. We especially liked the self-check-in capability as we were out late several nights and didn't feel as if we were intruding on the homeowners by coming back.

The property was everything it said it would be. Little did I realize how spoiled I am to a tall toilet. Not use to the deep knee bend for toileting. Black towels say what? Bed, pillows, location all great.

Suite is just as shown in photos. Owners have taken care to include many small items people might need such as shampoo, utensils, coffee/tea packets. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. Note to aviators:. This place is perfect for Sun 'N Fun stays!

Wonderful accommodations, Photos do not do it justice. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, large walk in closet with work desk and great WiFi/Internet. Would love to stay here on our next trip to Lakeland.
