COMFORTABLE QUIET PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please email with bookings longer than 60 days.

This room is in a very nice neighborhood in the southeast part of Lakeland, Florida. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Another plus is the quiet. It is very peaceful. The owner is super nice and responds immediately to any request. We will be returning.

The room was clean but outdated, the pool was beautiful and enjoyable. Worked great for the short weekend trip! However, next time I will book a private home that is not hosted as I prefer my privacy 😊 Overall great for the price!

Amazing and Relaxing
We were there for a short 2 day stay and it wasnt enough lol. Home was very clean and comfy. And the POOL are is very beautiful, and has a deep end which I personally loved. We met 2 wonderful ladies of the property and they were very sweet and welcoming. Very convenient location. And Chris reaponds right away, which was very awesome. We appreciate you guys!!!!!! Very clean, nice neighborhood. I grew up in Lakeland and this area is safe and private. Very pleasant host who was outside when we arrived. I didn’t get to thank her because we were rushing to change outfits. Was in town for a friend’s event. Stayed one night with my wife and son. Son slept soundly on the sofa bed. Will def stay here again when in the area. Bragged to friends about the room and was pleasantly surprised how cozy and tidy it was. Brand new sheets for the sofa bed was nice. Glad I chose this stay over a local hotel. Thanks for the wonderful amenities. Keep up the great work.

Clean, nice safe & quiet residential neighborhood, perfectly priced and only 5 minutes away from the event Inwas there for. It is also walking distance (.5 to.75 miles) from Lake Hollingsworth Drive and the beautiful walk /scenery.
