Our room had dirty towels with lipstick. I can’t believe they are still open for business. Place is completely in shambles. Leaking ceiling in lobby .

This hotel was under construction, room was not ready till 5pm, service was not great. Room was dirty with dirty linens. I would never stay here again. Disgusting Hyatt

2 issues:
Small ants in the room.
Construction going on in lobby during check in and check out times. Should be done during off hours or at night.
