Made the reservation, traveled long distance, showed up just to be told they gave my room away! The front desk guy couldn’t even look me in my eyes to tell me there were no rooms left. I had no place to stay and no gas to travel to a vacant hotel due to gas shortages. ZERO communication and lack of management. Zero Stars!

We did not get to stay with your hotel because when we arrivied there was no rooms available even with my reservation. So had to go to another hotel.

Upon check in the staff was friendly. We got a room that had no key. Staff had to pry open the door every time. The microwave dirty and only a few buttons worked. The toilet ran constantly and called for maintenance they never showed. Went to front desk they handed me rags to clean the water up myself. We had no towels, blankets, shampoos or soap. When it rained the room flooded. The only reason we stayed because of hurricane Milton. The worst motel 6 I have ever stayed at.

Rooms were dirty with cockroaches. Motel was overnooked. I did not stay there and hope I get a refund. I couldnt get anyone from expedia on the phone to cancel the reservation.

Check in took about an hour, they only had one person checking people in. WiFi was very spotty. No pillows or comforters or toilet paper. I had to go and buy some myself and to top it all off there were roaches. On the floor near the bed and one even made it on the bed. Didn’t get any sleep

I stay for hurricane milton.My room door didn't close properly and the room started to flooded when i notice i went to to the front desk they said they can't do nothing and gave me towels to dry the flooded floor
Non-refundable cuz it was 8 pm. The room was filthy and trash under the bed.
