Very well kept hotel for its age. Not a lot of space inside so would not recommend for colder months.

Liked the area, you could easily hear next door taking showers, also missed a tv , but luved our own patio!

We are so happy to read you enjoyed your stay in our Garden Room! Our second floor, where you booked your stay, is home to our 1922 rooms, which have stayed very close to the original, here you will find the walls thinner and the space tighter. We do understand the historic feel is not for everyone, which is why we added on our third floor in 2012, introducing modern amenities to our hotel, such as sound proofing insulation. We hope to see you again, for another great experience!

Extremely dirty. The level of hygiene upkeep at this facility was awful awful awful. The breakfast was low quality. Will not go back.

Great, Relaxing Stay!
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsOur experience overall was fantastic! The entire staff is super friendly and professional. Oh, and the dining here? WOW! The ONLY critique we have is the limited parking. They really ought to consider marking a reserved spot for guests of the hotel. When we returned on an early Saturday evening, the restaurant customers took up 90% of the spots and we wound up in the gravel overflow.
Hotel guests should have preferential treatment for parking.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. There were some cobwebs in the room, especially in the windows, but the bathroom and linens were clean. The restaurant across the street was amazing. Be careful in the lobby; the flooring isn't level. Overall, a great place for a good price.

There was a lack of information regarding the check-in process and restrictions. There was no consideration for guest hardships, so I had to check out on the same day and return home.

I understand your feedback and apologize for your experience. However, we do have policies in our hotel, and those are shared with each of our guests before making their reservations. I am sorry we were unable to accommodate you and your group, but the room you booked is a double occupancy room and would have only been available if you had selected 2 guests. We tried to accommodate you best we could, and are sorry we couldn't do more.

It was great. We stayed in the Lodge. Just needed a lighter weight blanket rather than the heavy quilted bedspread.
Also more non slip mats going fro parking to Lodge.
