Publié le 14 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwaythis property is excellent across the board. the cabin was clean-spotless. everything worked, instructions were clearly written and easy to understand and the cabin was well stocked in necessary supplies. we could not have been more satisfied and left with good memories. we would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider a return visit. thank you all for your efforts to make the stay so enjoyable.

Relaxing Weekend Get Away
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was nice and quaint. The check-in process was pretty easy. The cabin was large for just two people but would be nice for a family since there's a loft with two twin beds. It was mostly clean, some cobwebs in corners of the bedroom and on the beam in the center of the living room. Our biggest issue was with the pellet stove. According to the instructions it should have worked easily but it did not. We contact the maintenance guy and he had it working for the second day but then it would not turn down, it was just full blast. We turned it to off and then could not get it to turn back on. We used the wall heaters instead which were very noisy while trying to sleep or watch TV or anything else. The cabin was in a nice neighborhood, from the online picture we excepted more room between neighbors but it was quiet and we did not feel crowded. Overall a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Amazing Stay!

Very spacious, with extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Relaxing by the fire outside was great and loved being able to enjoy the peace within the Ponderosa Pines. Very conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood! Spencer was an amazing host!! Loved it!!

Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe all thought it was a cute place. check in and out process was simple. Amenities great! Clean and neat. Something gave a couple of us allergies. I would recommend to owner/ property management to have air purifiers.

I’m sorry to hear that. I appreciate your review. We actually do have Medify HEPA filters that we run in between guest stays! Some are in the corner of the cabin (ongoing) and some we bring in for cleanings.
With that said, September and October are the “changing of the leaves” in Pinetop and allergies certainly can be a surprise to anyone who’s outside during this time of year.

Nice Cozy Cabin

Great location. Super easy to communicate with the owner, which is very important to me. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Peaceful stay

Cozy Cabin
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat communication w/the property manager. Cabin was conveniently located, clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The yard would have been perfect for kids to play. I will definitely stay here again.
