This incredible home sleeps 10 people and is perfect for your adventures in Glacier National Park, boating on Flathead Lake, or skiing Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Area. This home has a great lodge feel and has all of the amenities and features of a mountain lake home including, a private boat dock, a private beach, an outdoor firepit, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, modern lodge décor, and so much more! The perfect location for a winter ski vacation to Blacktail Ski Mounta

This home has a private beach and private boat dock. There is free parking in the front of the home for all the vehicles/boats/campers you may need to bring to enjoy your adventures in the Flathead Valley to the fullest! For an additional fee, you can also use the apartment located above the garage allowing for a total of 12 guests between the main house and apartment.

Guests will have access to the home via door code which will be provided the day of check-in via text.

The hosts will have little to no interaction with guests at the property. Should you need anything, they are close by. Always feel free to reach out.

Lakeside Lodge is on Flathead Lake, and less than an hour from Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain Resort. It is 20 mins south of Kalispell, which boasts plenty of shopping, eating, and entertaining for your trip. Just 20 mins east of Lakeside is Bigfork, a quaint lake town with a Summer Playhouse, shopping, and award winning food. This home is a great location to do all of the things while visiting Montana.
Please keep in mind that this home is in a bay and is only boat-friendly in the summer and early fall months. So while there will still be lake to enjoy, boating from the dock will be unlikely until approx. June 10th. Please inquire with any questions.

Located just:

ON Flathead Lake, great for swimming, paddle boarding, and relaxing.
Upon booking the primary renter agrees to sign the rental agreement and liability waiver.

Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises. A violation of this Airbnb house rule may result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged.

Guest assumes responsibility for any damage to their vehicle or themselves due to stray golf balls.

Guests shall remove shoes when inside home.

No eating of food in bedrooms

Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.

A $200.00/ per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest checks out.

Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.

If guest decides not to follow any of our Airbnb house rules, and which triggers a refund/discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by host.

We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No hunting on the property but if you hunt during your stay you will properly field dress the game at the hunting site and further dispose of the remainder off-site at Flathead County waste sites located around the county or the public dump. If any evidence of a hunt or clean-up remains you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee. If any illegal or suspected illegal hunting is discovered you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and may be reported to Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, the guest will be charged for a plumber’s time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed).

All items in the home including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, towels, bedding etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will charged to the guest.

We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while outside. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate property without any refund.

Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. We have provided microfiber Makeup removal wash cloths for your use. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

Wedding bless.
My son got married in Katispell and I chose this house for location to everything we had going on. The house is amazing and the location was perfect. The few items that I felt needed attention was some of the light were burned out some of the light switches didn’t work. There were not real good directions on starting the fireplaces Some of the mattresses could be replaced. It’s a rental and I fully understand but for what we paid I feel there could have been a little more attention given to some of these items in the house. The house manger was very accommodating to any questions that I had in setting things up before we got there and on our move in time. Overall I would consider this house agin if coming back to the Katispell area.

Beautiful home and great location
The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. The location is ideal and the views are amazing. There were some things that needed maintenance and were minor inconveniences: three of the four stovetop burner knobs were missing so we had to move the one around when cooking with more than one burner; the outdoor gas grills did not work; and the two doors leading to the outside on the lower level did not open. The issue with the doors (which was a safety concern) was addressed right away and one of the two was fixed. The grills were not an issue for us since we probably wouldn't have used them, but the missing stove top burner knobs were an inconvenience. Overall, in the big picture, these were minor issues that did not detract from our experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to this property. It's a lovely home in a great location and we made many lasting family memories during our stay.
