Nice stay...but
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayYes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer.

Lovely Cottage
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI loved this place! And Jeanne is wonderful. The small deck over the canal is very peaceful. It clean, comfy and quiet. The cottage is more like a studio, so there is no living room. It was perfect for me. I would recommend this cottage to a single person, a couple, or a small family with older children (maybe 8 and older), as the steep spiral staircase would be unsafe for a young child. All in all, I would highly recommend!

Lakeview Cottage

A bit complicated getting to the place, especially after dark due to inability to see street signs and few lights, but not uncommon for places up north. Beds upstair very firm, but I had brought a foam pad and was fine.

Kayakers Paradise
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was great. It took me and my wife a minute to adjust to how close the owners house was, but after that it was fantastic. They had kayaks, but we had brought our own and spend two days out kayaking from sun up to sun down, and fishing both on the kayaks as well as off the back porch. Highly recommend for not only the coziness of the place, but the affordability.

Beautiful Michigan Oasis - Thank you!
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I had an amazing peaceful time at property. The amenities offered were great and we really had a great time. We had the opportunity to kayak for our first time, as well as catching plenty of fish. We really appreciate the opportunity to come out and stay!

Cute cabin great for two people

Channel cottage
Publié le 24 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the extra lawn chairs. They came in handy when family members came to visit. Everyone is very friendly, neighbors, owner, property manager, even the guy who takes care of the lawn. Couldn’t ask for better people.
