Awesome short getaway
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe did a short getaway for my husbands birthday. The house was amazing, and the property manager was too! Will definitely be going back and staying longer! Loved that we had a private dock, and a close boat launch. The property was absolutely beautiful.

Lake house

The lake was very noisy on weekends. Created waves so wouldn't be goodfor young children.

Nice place but lots of stairs
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house has more stairs than I realized, which was an issue for my older parents but we made due. Location on the lake was great and the private dock was a must for us. The downside of the house was cobwebs and dust accumulated in corners, the unprotected Wi-Fi (not as advertised) and the lack of hooks or hangers inside for bath towels. Luckily there was a dollar store nearby so we bought some hooks. Also the outside light over the deck did not work and did not get fixed during our stay so we couldnt sit out and play cards at night. My family and I have vacationed at Lake Wallenpaupack for over 25 years and we very much enjoyed being there.

Many steps

House of many steps

Great Stay
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HomeAwayHad a great week. The upper deck is huge and is where we spent most of our time. House can get a little tight in the common areas if you have a large group and you’re stuck inside. Thankfully we had great weather for most of the week. No lighting down the steps to the lower deck or by the water, that made the trek down to those areas a little difficult after the sun went down.

Summer Get Away
