Its a very nice hotel, quiet at night,very clean, front desk lady very nice and friendly everything is close proximity from restaurant bar and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and long weekend get away even the weather was not great. I definitely recommend.

Nice large comfortable rooms, with decent size bathroom. Good location walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Wasn’t a fan of the rain shower as it’s not adjustable. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and pleasant would highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at the Colonial Hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was a little noisy due to the location, however everything else made up for it.

Well equipped room, felt modern and stylish. Content location with lots of shopping and dining within a short walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. The downside of the location is it’s in a busy area and outside noise can be easily heard inside. Also the room didn’t have blackout curtains so once the sun is up the room doesn’t get very dark. With those small caveats it’s a great option for staying in Grand Bend.

Great weekend getaway in the winter. Very nicely renovated. They are still renovating the property will be wonderful when it’s all finished. A hot tub for the winter would have been a great addition. Overall comfortable bed large room and nice bathroom.
