Very frustrating experience

When we first arrived there were no sheets on the bed although we had been promised that linens would be provided. After contacting our host a woman from the cleaning crew arrived with sheets and towels. The sheet were the wrong size for the bed. It took a couple of days for this problem to be resolved. After four days into our stay we noticed that the leg on one of the chairs was separating from the base of the chair. We determined that it was not safe to sit on so we put it aside and sent a message to our host. We received no reply to our message. A couple of days after we checked out we received a message asking what had happened to the chair and a message that we were being billed for $125 for the chair. I responded alerting our host to the fact that I had sent a message 3 days prior regarding the chair's condition. He said he would go look at it. Then he proceeded to bill us for the chair. Since it was a structural problem with the chair and not intentional or accidental damage I do not believe I should have been billed for the chair. I would use this host again.

We are sorry that you experience such an event. We did not charge you for the damages in incurred u did, we did not charge you for the linen use which we sent you a custom email with the linen sizes to bring with you as we stated that we dont provide linen and towels. We offered not to charge you for your own mistakes however this rating doesn't reflect us in bad faith but rather you were frustrated in general.
