This place is a welfare/ homeless dump. The room was tragic, I just walked away from my non refundable room payment and left.I've lost faith in hotels.com for listing this total dive.

A lot of noise at night like people arguing. Also, checking in is at 3:00 pm because there is limited staff available. On top of that, until onr arrives, they ask for $50 dollars cash as a deposit for possible damages, but rooms' furniture is damaged and old.

Place is really bad, is a scam. Room stinks, there is Cockroaches. Furniture in restroom all broken. And is non-refundable.

Reserved Non-Smoking. They put me in a smoking room, smelled horrible. Moved me to a "non-smoking" room. Smelled a little less horrible. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter (and why the heck is there a tiny refrigerator in the bathroom?) Anytime I took a deep breath, my throat became sore from the stale tobacco odor. No trash can in room. Bathtub refinish coating flaking and possibly dangerous sharp edges. I did not use bath tub or shower.

They did not give me the room that I paid for. There were homeless transients roaming the parking lot. The room was not very clean and it smelt like smoke.

This property should be condemned. It is a classic 1948 totally unchanged. I have a support. animal and they demanded I pay $125 for him. They also refused to admit me unless I put a credit card down with a $250 credit available. HORRIBLE. SHOULD BE CONDEMED.

Its look like that there must some misunderstanding, we do not charge for Support animals, and we also have no procedure to put the credit card down for security deposit we only accept cash deposit and that is also only 50.

Roaches, many of them, behind tv came out. Smoke alarm was missing, just the base was there.
