NO ELEVATOR in this multi-level hotel

First let me say, there is NO ELEVATOR in this multi-floor hotel! If you're traveling with several bags (like I was) you'll want to look somewhere else. The hotel is old, but kept up reasonably well. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was "average" for cleanliness. The staff was rude and flippant. Breakfast was gross looking (decided not to eat it.). This hotel is definitely not worth the almost $200 per night I had to pay. My advice is to choose another hotel. There are other nicer hotels in the same area.

Thank you for your response. I am sorry you felt so strongly about no elevators. However, on Wyndham sites it will say if there is an elevator or not. We are not required to have one we are only a two-story building. Anything 3 stories and up is required. We do our best to make sure the guests who can't manage the steps to be on the 1st floor. Which is why you were placed upstairs. I am sorry you didn't even give breakfast a chance. I will make sure I talk to my staff about being rude. This is not common. Again, Thank you for staying with us.

A little run down, but clean and comfortable.

The little motel is a little run down, but clean and comfortable. It would be hard to find the entrance without GPS. You have to drive through a pot-holed filled driveway to get to the property. Its only 2 stories, but no elevator- which was ok for us, but not suitable for all. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a nice hot breakfast.

Thank you for staying with us here at Baymont. I would like to let you know we are in the middle of getting a new sign for the entrance. However, since we share the road with 2 other places, we are not the owner of the road. We do fill and black-top our area. This is an issue we are aware of and doing what we can for the city to fix it. I am glad you still enjoyed your stay.

The only thing i had that bothered me a bit was the fact that the room smelled like it was "wet."

Good morning Tina, I am sorry the room smelled wet. I am going to look into this. This isn't a normal thing to say, so I want to make sure there's no leaks or somehow moisture is getting in the rooms. Thank you for letting me know. Thank you again for staying with us. :)
