Lovely property! For a chain hotel, it has a very personal and local feel. Very friendly staff. Great spa. The outdoor firepit is a great touch! Very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good for a BW property. Our only negative about the property is the dinner dining. It was functional, but slow and with limited menu options. The dining room was almost completely empty for the entirety of our meal, which is why they likely don't invest much energy and resources into it. Again, if you want a functional, quiet meal without leaving property, it will work; however, if you are looking for a dinner dining experience, I would leave property.

Family friendly hotel in a convenient location
The staff was friendly and accommodated our family's late arrival. Our room was very clean and spacious. We liked that it had an outside balcony. The pool area seemed clean, and the water temperature wasn't cold. The location was why I originally chose this hotel. Kitchen kettle village and a few other nice little businesses were in very close proximity of this hotel. The free breakfast was a nice touch. there was a lot of assorted food to choose from and the hotel provides plenty of seating. The breakfast food was good. We would recommend this hotel and stay again in the future.

We love this place because of its location and looking for a quiet place to stay. How veer, we encountered a few issues the heat in our room took several hours to warm up the room. The breakfast - well was not good at all.

Clean and comfortable Inn. Very charming and cozy. Close to Kettle Kitchen shops. Fifteen minutes from Lancaster and Sight's and Sounds theater. Yet, in the heart of Amish community.I would definitely stay again!!
