The lobby was under major renovation. The inside of the property inside was beyond dirty. Dust and debris all the way to the rooms. It did not at all look welcoming or like the photo online or was there a mention of renovations taking place. By far one lf my worst stays in lancaster. I couldn’t tell the guest from the staff. And check in was a table in front of a make shift office that was a room.

Normal check-in area is under renovation, so check-in is at a table, outside a room, coving half the hallway. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but shower only worked halfway. Water temp was very hot and could not turn it down.

This hotel was very conveniently situated. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom sink was a little awkward ...raised on the counter so there was no room for anything. Other than that we were happy with our stay and the price was very good.

It's ok, But they cheap-out on everything.

They promised breakfast on the website but it's been discounted!! The walls and doors are paper thin, we could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in the room with us. Its was cheaply updated to look nice for photos. They use cheap small toilets. The lights are on an annoying motion sensor, at night they blind you when you dont want them on! If they cleaned a little better I wouldn't mind this place so much.

Their hot water is scalding and you can’t cut it down. Light in bathroom kept going off while everyone was showering. All the lights and sockets on the bed side of the room died and when I reported it they said a mgr would call within the hour and no one ever did so we checked out the next day. My husband was freezing and I went down to get an extra blanket and the girl said she was not allowed to give an extra blanket out. There were other things but that was the high light. First 2 nights were quiet but the next 2 nights there was someone in the room beside of us and they open and closed the door all night long both nights. We never got any sleep.
