After prepaying for my stay, coming to the property after the time frame of being able to cancel for a full refund, I was told that they didn't accept any of the types of payments for a 40.00 deposit. I tried to come up with a solution with the front desk, asked for a manager who came out in a hostile manner, I asked her if she could calm down as I was just trying to find a solution as to not being screwed out of 400.00 that I prepaid. When her rudeness continued even after I offered to put down a 500.00 deposit the manager I responded with her customer service sucked and as a new hotel they should really try and be more accommodating as they worked on hospitality, this is when another manager came running out of the office as I was walking out of the hotel to go and ask my mother in law to use her card. When we returned, a different front desk representative said there was a note on file indicating that I was not allowed to to stay and that I would have to get a refund through Expedia because I was the individual that started an altercation - please keep in mind that this was all in front of my 4 year old child.

To clarify, our hotel policies regarding payment methods are designed to ensure the security and ease of transactions for all guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain forms of payment, including cash deposits, and this is consistently communicated at the time of booking. I’m sorry if this policy was not made clear to you beforehand. Our team, including our manager, strives to provide solutions whenever possible, and I apologize if this was not your experience. While we do our best to accommodate guests' needs, there are instances where our options may be limited due to policies. I regret if any part of our communication came across as unfriendly or unprofessional, as that is not the level of service we aim to provide. We always aim to treat all our guests with respect and professionalism, and we expect the same courtesy in return.

Julie at the front desk is busy and really seems like she’s the boss around there. She was super helpful. I was there two days with my family and she helped us with every thing we needed. It felt like a second home for those two days. The pool was clean just the right size. We had the pool to ourselves which was really nice with two littles learning to swim. The spa was especially lovely. So relaxing! The breakfast in the morning is all healthy & fresh. Not unappealing like most hotel breakfasts. Everyone seemed so comfortable there. People reading the news on their tablets, some families still in their pajamas, teens coming down with their backpacks grabbing food as they went off to school (assuming they were staying in between a move). It was a great stay.
