Need receptionist traning

Loved the hotel. The pool was warm and clean. The only issue we had was that there wasnt any hot water the morning we were there.

The breakfast was not very good. Grey sausage is not appetizing. Limited options. Red roof has a better breakfast. We requested our room to be cleaned. The front desk said she'd have housekeeping take care of it. That was at 1:30. We came back from shopping at 5:30 and still was not cleaned. By that time, the front desk said housekeeping left for the day and there's nothing he could do but bring towels. Very disappointed and will probably not stay at a Hampton again.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke. Hotel is old, mattress was old. Remote for the TV wasn't programmed so you couldn't see the channel guide. Will avoid in the future.
