Excellent hôtel
Publié le 4 août 2015 sur HotelsNous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel, il est magnifique et très reposant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, la chambre était superbe et très propre.

Staff in the dining room did not allow us to sit at tables unless we ordered something. ( 8:30 at night and nobody in dinning room). They told us to sit outside but could not find the area they suggested for us.

NO REFUND FOR YOU!!
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe were there because Three Dog Night was playing at The American Music Theater in Lancaster on Saturday night. (We got there Friday evening.) Three Dog Night canceled the concert due to a band member having an emergency. We had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one night and when I asked for a refund for the 2nd night, they denied our request. I was told by the front desk to call Expedia to ask them. I called Expedia and they said that they had to ask the Hilton Garden Center Inn Lancaster, and after talking to them, they confirmed that we stayed one night instead of 2 but said they stand firm and will not refund our money. Really Hilton... that is very poor customer service.

I was given a pet friendly room even though I did not have a pet.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we do not have a designated area for pet guests as per Hilton. We do deep cleaning in between each guest when a pet has been in the room prior. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We would love to have you stay with us again in the future.

Everything was good, except the on site dining was disappointing. Wife and i tried for dinner and dining room closed with a very limited menu given at bar seating area.

It was okay.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe doors to the rooms are loud when they close. I could hear everyone in the hallway entering/leaving their rooms. Their was a family that had kids running up and down the hallway half the night. The family spent more time in the hallway talking with the kids running up and down than they did in their room. Breakfast was okay. I would have preferred a make your own pancake/waffle machine and served myself breakfast than have someone doing it for me. Room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable.
