Staff was friendly. Hotel room was not clean and at night it was so so noisy I think police was called one night but I was too scared to even look out the window

Great customer service. I was very surprised with security measures. I returned to the hotel pass midnight and when I tried to entered the lobby it was looked. In order to enter you needed to scan your room key which ensured that only guests came in. Breakfast was decent 5am coffee was okay, bagels is a plus with cream cheese. Will go back.

We would stay here again. The property was clean and the rooms were clean. Notice some cockroaches outside but being the area it was, it’s understandable. Room was clean and hotel was clean. All needs were met. Property needs to confirm correct times for facility. We were told at check in that pool hours ended at 9pm; there was a flyer with hotel information in the room that reflected the 9pm time. There was a group at the pool with children and we walked in about 820ish; an employee came into the pool around 830 and proceeded to YELL at everyone that he warned us and gave us an extra half hour with the pool and we had to leave the pool immediately. I didn’t like being spoken to in that manner when we were told otherwise. When this was told, he got angrier and kids were scared. We all left. Other than that, our stay was really good.
