Toilet and air conditioner in room where broken. Too many bums outside to walk around. Connected restaurant expensive and messes up order then yells at you. Front desk staff was very nice though.

I liked that the property was very clean and offered amenities, like snacks. I did not like that it was difficult to get someone from the desk to pick up the phone to answer my questions. I understood that it was a busy weekend for the staff when I brought it to their attention.

Staff was very friendly, lots of things close by for breakfast/lunch/dinner. My only somewhat complaint was that you could hear people in the hallways very clearly.

Convenient location downtown. Parking $15 per day. No free breakfast, very minimal buffet $14 adult. Would probably find another hotel.

Area is quite congested. Otherwise it is like any other large town. Would like to say that the staff was quite accomodating. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. But I would like to comment on one staff member, Ty, would went out of his was to assist us with all our issues; i.e., baggage, room key, dining, location of amenities and his smile!! Each of the staff did their jobs well but Ty was exceptional and would recommend he be chosen for any position in your company. He won't disappoint.
