This was one of the worst Hotel experiences I have had. Upon arrival we were told that the elevator was broken, that we were probably not informed because we booked it 3rd party, through Expedia. Had to climb two flights of stairs to the room for the duration of our stay. There was no estimated return to service as the fix had to have approval by an inspector and they weren't sure when he would be coming . Also, although this wasn't the Hotel's fault---the bathroom offered no privacy with it's proximity to the bed, and the sliding door that didn't lock. No bathroom window and the bathroom's odd shaped design, that caused the shower water to leak into the toilet area, thus needing extra towels to absorb the mini flood it caused, made for an unpleasant "Rest Room" The continental breakfast was just ok. The pool area was dirty and the Hot tub (much like the elevator) was "Out of Service" Then at check out we were told. "Sorry, Printer is broken. No receipt. Have a nice day."

The property had a musty smell, and we had a horrible experience within just five minutes of being there. We didn’t even get a chance to unload our bags from the cart. Our key cards failed to open the room door twice. The elevators were broken, and the hot tub wasn’t working. Both the pool and hot tub had a clear film on the surface, suggesting they hadn’t been used in a long time. After all this, we decided to leave and will never return.

Hotel staff was very friendly upon check in. We were just there for a quick weekend getaway and the hotel provided everything that we needed. The continental breakfast had lots of different offerings and was honestly much better that I was anticipating. Surrounding areas were quiet and we didn't seem to notice much traffic noise. Overall very nice, simple, and friendly stay!

It was a best Christmas shopping I've ever did in Lancaster because of the motel. It was raining so hard the other night. Will you order from local restaurant and they delivered right to the room. Hotel is very good and very quiet.

If I come to Lancaster again I'm coming here
This Motel was probably the nicest Motel I've ever stayed at it was a clean. I walked in not in a great mood and the clerk greeted me with all positive things. I asked if I had a reservation I gave my name he said sure you do let's get this started. In the morning when I decided to stay a second day. I had no problem. This was a very good experience it may be a couple miles away from the shopping. But it's a quiet area.
