This was one of the worst Hotel experiences I have had. Upon arrival we were told that the elevator was broken, that we were probably not informed because we booked it 3rd party, through Expedia. Had to climb two flights of stairs to the room for the duration of our stay. There was no estimated return to service as the fix had to have approval by an inspector and they weren't sure when he would be coming . Also, although this wasn't the Hotel's fault---the bathroom offered no privacy with it's proximity to the bed, and the sliding door that didn't lock. No bathroom window and the bathroom's odd shaped design, that caused the shower water to leak into the toilet area, thus needing extra towels to absorb the mini flood it caused, made for an unpleasant "Rest Room"
The continental breakfast was just ok. The pool area was dirty and the Hot tub (much like the elevator) was "Out of Service" Then at check out we were told. "Sorry, Printer is broken. No receipt. Have a nice day."
