Lovely family-run hotel
Publié le 9 août 2018 sur HotelsThis is a lovely family-run hotel in the centre of Lancaster. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel extremely clean and well decorated. Value for money was excellent and the breakfast that was included was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay here again - thanks for a great stay!

The only little niggle was the outside security light kept coming on which made the room very bright when trying to sleep.

Wonderful property! Great location! And the people working there were amazing. So sweet, thoughtful, welcoming and helpful. They were all so nice. Tom was great at our arrival, and Lily is the sweetest person ever! Royal is lucky to have her! Highly recommend Royal Hotel and Bar! So fun to have the pub right there!
