Family friendly estate with something to do for everyone! Over 8000 sqft indoors and 4 acres filled with family friendly activities.

Indoor heated pool and water slide, outdoor basketball courts with dodgeball and pickle ball set up! Game room with air hockey, pool table, and arcade games. Full theater with popcorn and concessions stand.

Vintage board games. Entertainers kitchen, coffee bar and wet bar. Poker room. Memory foam mattresses and TVs in all bedrooms.

Home Layout: 3000 sqft on the first floor with a bunk room (5 twin beds) and attached half bath; living room, poker room, dining room that sits 10, full kitchen with additional kitchen table for 6 and 4 bar stools; full bath, game room, and massive indoor pool (starts at 3 1/2 ft deep and goes as deep as 12ft). Second floor has 4 bedrooms (double queen, single queen, single queen with crib, single king, and master single king) and 2 more full baths. Walk out finished lower level has a full theater complete with vintage popcorn machine, snacks, 6 reclining theater seats and 86" flat screen smart TV. Other side of lower level has a second living room with sleeper sofa. Walk out patio with premium hot tub and gas fire pit. Outside is a fully enclosed basketball court that includes basketballs, pickle ball paddles, dodgeball, and nets. Our Indoor pool is maintained at 80-85 degrees. This is to keep humidity and condensation balanced in the room and can not be adjusted.

We rented the home for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party & wow - it was exactly what we needed! So much space for the 10 of us to spread out but great common areas to come together. The pool & movie room were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was AMAZING to cook & bake for everyone. 10000/10 recommend!

This house was exactly what we needed for our big family! The kids lived in the pool and game room, and it was so spacious for all of us. Kitchen is well appointed. Could use a crockpot, but otherwise, 5 stars!!

Birthday Weekend!
We rented this property to celebrate a couple of family birthdays! The location is perfect, very quiet area surrounded by woods. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their thing. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court, game room and having their own room. We cooked all weekend and the kitchen is spacious with nice appliances. Plenty of seating for dinners which was also a plus. Made a lot of family memories! Rachel is a wonderful host and communication was easy and prompt! Thank you!

Perfect large Family Thanksgiving getaway
Rachel, the Host of the property, was consistently prompt with all communications. The house is perfectly situated with activities for all ages. Our gathering included 7 adults and 8 children of various ages. Keeping (8) children off of their screens for 5 days was an incredible testament to all of the available amenities. A+ host and an A+ property.

Cousin Memories!
My siblings stay all together 2x a year so our kids can grow up making memories together. This house was perfect for that exact reason! We have a wide range of ages and every single kid/adult had fun! The older kids loved hanging out in the "poker room", younger kids loved the game room, and we all had a blast in the pool! Very clean house. Instructions were clear. Plenty of towels. They even had soaps in the shower! The host was very gracious when I asked how to accommodate my niece and nephew who have a vision impairment. The host had additional lamps ordered and at the house the next morning before I could even read their reply. Host was very courteous and great at answering questions. House had tons of places to gather, helping us spread out and have variety throughout our stay. I was concerned the bedrooms would be too far apart for our younger kids to want to sleep in the kids room but, they were all nestled on one side of the house so they felt comfortable having easy access in case they needed us in middle of night. The large kitchen island was also great for family cooking. TVs in each room was also a bonus! Great stay and great memories!

Basketball court has tree limbs hanging into the court It takes My sink forever to drain just from washing my face The walkway from the pool to the front of the driveway is filled with mud and leaves The weeds are out of control around the house. One of them is poison to small children if ingested The pool lining is unkempt it’s pulling apart from the top The bathroom tub/shower doesn’t have any pressure because the water is coming out of the tub faucet while the shower faucet is on upstairs-hall You can’t get to the basketball court from the back deck because of all the weeds Cinder blocks fell off retaining wall are still laying in the open Food is stuck to the bottom of the cabinet left of the stovetop on the island Towel holder/paper towel holders keep falling off the wall. The whole unit, when putting your towel in the towel holder the whole thing falls off wall in several bathrooms Where’s the pickle ball gear that was advertised When putting trash in the shed the floor looked like I could fall through. Bedroom with crib, wall has water damage from the ceiling to the floor. Dishes were still in dishwasher upon arrival Plus other things that weren’t listed, should have had better maintenance The steps To the pool keep moving to where it’s dangerous We keep lifting the sand bags out of the water The steps in the deep in pool are missing a few rungs No pucks for air hockey I fell backwards in one of the rocker chairs on the back patio, plus on

Wow, the property has so much to offer to multi- generational guest. We celebrated our anniversary while here and took advantage of near by attractions. When we wanted to stay in there were lots of things to keep both adults and children engaged. Great line of communication was offered and enjoyed.
