"Customer service was ok especially Felicia was soo nice and always has a smell on her face but my problem is the internet, tv, wifi and drainage the smell from the bathroom drainage is terrible…My whole stay there I was not able to used wifi and towel not replaced the next day… The tv is another wahala hmmmm. "

"This is a great small hotel with amazing staff. We were welcomed and well taken care of. The property has a restaurant that has great ambience and amazing food. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect and it is accessible to other restaurants, shopping areas and supermarkets. There are many things at walkable distance but it is also very accesible to transportations. The area is very safe, but they have security 24/7. I am grateful to all the staff and how my husband and I were treated the 2 weeks we spent there. We hope to come back soon. "

"Location of the property was great. Very accommodating to our arrival and departure times for checking in/out. Place was nice and clean. Very spacious. Apartment was close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Spa located in the complex area which was a bonus. Not happy about the extra charge for electricity, that should have been listed as an additional cost. Helpful to know when the electricity will shut off and what the extra cost would be. It’s wasn’t a lot but not knowing when you’ll be in the dark and hot was not a pleasant experience. "
