Bedrooms and bathroom are not overly big but the large open plan living area and patio make up for that. BBQ needs some TLC.
Nice detailed instructions ahead of arrival.

Good outside rear veranda
Good front lawn space for games
Oven works but oven fan needs replacement - fan forced option is unusable.
BBQ could be replaced.

Excellent property but only one problem. Shower over the bath which made it impossible to shower older visitors. Just need to make that clear when booking.
