The place was very clean and comfortable! Close to the sea and downtown.
The only drawback is parking can be a challenge.

Ed and his friends have been very nice and communicative. It was a real pleasure to have them in one of our apartments. They took care of Apartment Sole during their stay and left it spotless. I'm sorry for the parking. I didn't know they were having problems with it as there are usually enough parking places in the residents' car park around the building and in the free public parking on the other side of the street. If I had known I would have offered them one of the garages we have for guests. Now garages are given only “ on demand” because in the past we noticed that all guests preferred to park their cars outside.

Wonderful Apartment
Publié le 14 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay in Apartment Sole was a wonderful experience. The apartment was large, modern, and comfortable. The wraparound balcony is beautiful and a nice place for breakfast or just relaxing. The air conditioning did a good job keeping all of rooms cool & comfortable in early July.
Francesca & Diego were very welcoming and provided everything we needed to make our stay feel like home.
The location is close enough to the town center, but very quiet at night. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lanciano!

Das wahre Italien - ein grandioser Aufenthalt

Das Appartment war sehr großzügig und vor allem liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht wenn man Wert auf Selbstversorgung legt. Wir haben uns richtig zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse von Lanciano, sehr nah am Einkaufszentrum und zur historischen Altstadt.
Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Strand, alle ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns für Fossacesia entschieden. Wenig Tourismus, fast nur Einheimische. Sehr ruhig und typisch italienisch. Mehrere excellente Restaturants in der näheren Umgebung mit einem phantastischen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Besondern lobend wollen wir auch unsere Vermieter Francesca und Diego erwähnen. Sie sind sehr fürsoglich und tun alles um den Aufenthalt so gelungen wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben beschlossen, dass wir nächtes Jahr wieder kommen werden.

It was a real pleasure for us to have Nico, Regina and their child as guests in our Apartment Sole.
Since they arrived they have been so communicative that we have had the feeling they were like friends.
It was also very nice to see that they were very well organized and tried to make the most of their time during their stay in order to experience as much as they could and get the real taste of Abruzzo.
We do hope they will come back in the future and visit us again.

A wonderful appartment

Bright, sunny, comfortable, quiet, close to interesting small shops and walking distance to the old part of town. We loved our stay in Lanciano and are happy to recommend both of your appartments.
