Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin needs some tender loving care. The inside was fine for what me needed but the house in general needs to be maintained. Not sure about the addition, grill was not clean and the grounds are not keeped up.
They need a bath mat for the shower. The overall condition needs attention, looks tired.

A great stay in Lander
Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at the cabin and found everything to be just as described. The place was very clean and the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything you could need. It was a great place to use as a base to explore the nearby parks and historic areas.

Nice but not perfect
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was well equipped for the most part. The accuracy of the listing is suspect. There is a pool table, but the pool cues have no tips on them. There is a grill, but it was likely last used a century ago, is rusty and in total disrepair. There is a washer and dryer, but you will need to supply laundry detergent.
In a previous review it was mentioned that the bath/shower floor was slick and hazardous. This problem still exists. I went to a local hardware store, bought a bath mat and put it in the tub. I did not leave the mat as the owner can spend $10 to remedy the problem.
The temperature inside the cabin could have been warmer.

Thank you, Don, for your feedback. During your stay I messaged you to make sure all was ok and you said all was fine. We are always happy to assist or accommodate guest during their stay, and we welcome tips on improving the guests’ experience.
As far as the temperature, the cabin is equipped with propane heat along with a gas fireplace and pellet fireplace that will produce abundant heat if utilized. We’ve left detailed instructions on how to operate these appliances.
In regards to the pool table, if the pool cues are broken, this has occurred recently and we will repair.
The grill is only a year and half old, but the weather in WY can play havoc. Thank you for flagging rust.
As far as the tub, safety is our first priority and so thank you for flagging. We appreciate the recommendation and will purchase a mat to give guests the option to have a bath without grip or a shower that is not slick.

Wonderful
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwaySpent a night here between tent camping trips in CO & WY. Shower & laundry, nice to have a kitchen and hot running water for dishes - creature comforts, lol! House is fantastic, very comfortable bed & living room furniture. Do make sure to go out after dark to stargaze, some of the best we've seen out west!
