Weekend at the Sunset Cottage

A Lovely "Glamping" Weekend!

Amazing Sunset
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayIf you enjoy history, this cabin is a wonderful place to stay and live out some of the olden days. The integrity of the over one-hundred year old treasure has been preserved while enjoying all of the modern conveniences you could want.
We were blessed to watch an amazing sunset one evening while the ducks roamed the yard.
This farm on a pond is a special place to visit and enjoy a slower pace of life.

A slice of paradise
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in this most wonderful place in the past, but this visit was even more delightful. To call this place, a slice of paradise is an understatement!
The front porch is a great place to experience the peace and wonderment of God's creation. This is also center-stage seating for watching the various farm animals as they go about their daily routines.
During this visit we spent some time swinging on the back porch swing. We also enjoyed looking at the lake from this vantage point as we ate a couple of meals on the back porch table.
Our visit ended much too quickly but we plan to come again and enjoy another slice of paradise!

Nice rustic cabin with amenities!
Publié le 13 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was a very nice place to stay while I was there with my son for a basketball tournament. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed seeing the animals on the farm. It is a very nice quiet area. Nothing much I could say that would have improved our stay. Would love to come back again.
