Poor services and facility amenities AlabasterBox
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HotelsFor a 4- star rated accommodation, the facility's service and amenities was way below par. The room had NO extra blanket (it was cold at night), NO toiletries and NO coffee and tea and milk available in the room. The latter despite the room being advertised as having milk, coffee and tea will be available in the room. There was ample time to get the room ready as the host Dominique had phoned to confirm the booking before arrival. I had indicated that arrival would be about 2 hours from the time of the telephone call confirmation, yet the room was not ready upon arrival.

Easter Weekend Stay
Publié le 19 avr. 2022 sur HotelsMy daughter and I stayed at Alabaster Box B&B for the full Easter Weekend and loved our stay at there. The area is lovely and safe, well received by management and staff during our stay. Would highly recommend Alabaster Box B&B.

Disappointed to say the least
