Such a beautiful location and the hotel could do so much better. Disappointing as the windows in the room were dirty so it ruined the beautiful view. Bathroom ceiling had a hole and sheets had stains. The outside and lounge areas are lovely.

Room with a stunning view

We had no problem with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service and food was excellent. The only drawback was the hotel has a generator, but during loadshedding all the plugs and lights are off. So during the evenings you only have a small light in the room. If you are an outdoor person, there are lots to do during the day. We will definitely go back if they do an upgrade on their generator.

Das Bild der Zimmer weshalb wir gebucht haben hat leider nicht zu unserer Unterkunft gepasst. Das war ein Fehler oder vorsätzlich von Expedia und nicht vom Hotel. Im Hotel wurde uns gesagt, die Abbildung von Expedia zeigt eindeutig die Luxury Zimmer. Wir haben die Zimmer ohne Lagunenblick bekommen. Das Hotel hat uns angeboten am nächsten Tag zu wechseln, allerdings wäre das nur für eine Nacht gewesen. Im Zimmer ist die badplanung eine Katastrophe, aus der Dusche lief massiv Wasser. Ich stellte meine Kosmetik Tasche unter das Waschbecken. Da anscheinend ein Rohr defekt war, war am nächsten Morgen alles nass. In dem anderen Zimmer waren von der Bettwäsche die Kissen nicht frisch bezogen und es waren Haare vom Vorgänger im Zimmer.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible place. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Bit disappointed that my room did not have an AC and it got quite hot. The spa was also really lovely, but the nail products were disappointing. The experience was great and the therapists were really friendly, but I’d hope for better products next time. Overall a great place and I’d definitely recommend to others!
