Bilik keadaan baik.. Kebersihan kawasan setempat juga dalam keadaan yg baik.. Kemudahan asas seperti kedai makan, dobi layan diri dan juga kedai serbaneka juga berhampiran tempat penginapan..

Not comply to the 24 hrs service
Publié le 31 août 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel is not located at a convenient place as the aircond has a very low air flow where also not 24 hrs service that I have missed my ferry at 7am that I can't check out at 6-6.30 whisk I loss RM 54 as this i definitely will not recommend to any people to this hotel please amend the rules so it will ease people's transport and pleasant stay but for me I was disappointed by the way it goes.

dear cmm guest mr.amos lim..regarding ur review about hotel this i want to explain with u.our location is the near the road.im sure u look before u book our hotel..im ok if not ok with u.my be u want near to the beach..with the low of air flow u can inform me when i help u find the grab when u want go to chenang mall.myb i can change the room..regarding with 24 hours services i clearly state that our operation hours for reception hours starting 8.00am until 11.00pm only...if u want to check out early before 8.00am u must inform us early like others guest do so we can arrange our staf to handle ..u say that u miss ur ferry at 7.00am but u call me on7.47am..when i call u back u inform that u have appointment with langkawi public bank ..how can u say because of us u lost the ticket at 7.00am..

room ok. service ok. cleanliness ok. just the location quite confusing either pantai tengah or pantai cenang. driver always confused to pick up,
