Hotel Green Town is not at the address given. We were told that there was no booking for us. We were forced to pay RM110 for one night despite no WiFi, no bath towels, no bath soaps, no aircond control. It was too cold for sleep and lots of mosquitoes.
We moved out after one night to Langasuka Hotel and paid S$115 for 2 nights.
Pls do the necessary compensation as I am member of Expedia for many years and this was my first great disappointment.
Further, I could not find help from Expedia as only U.S phone number was found and it could be too expensive to call that number
