An excellent property with the most exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered, from the drivers, butlers, restaurant staff and management worked incredibly hard to make our stay a memorable one. I highly recommend the St Regis as a great place to relax and unwind and be treated like royalty. The hotel experience is something rare and a credit to all who work there.

True World Class

This is a 6-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. This is an amazing hotel and the service is remarkable from the point one arrive at the airport to the point one leaves and everything in between! The staff in general and it’s signature butler service is world class!

とてもよかったです!! 事前に他のマリオット系列やダタイ、その他のホテルを調べて散々悩んでこちらにしました。結果、正解でした! クラブマリオットのグレードが高いわけでも無くて、スイートみたいなとてもグレードの高い部屋でも無かったのですが、とてもホスピタリティの高いサービスを受けました。 チェックインの時に対応してくれたバトラーにホテル内で会うと滞在どう?楽しんでる?とか話しかけてくれたり、チェックインの時にホテルツアーを受けられなかった為、翌日お願いしたらいつでも良いよと対応してくれたバトラーも顔を覚えてくれていて、アドバイスくれたり、バトラー以外のスタッフも笑顔で挨拶してくれて気持ちよかったです。 特に特筆すべきなのは、朝ごはん会場のスタッフの方々は楽しませる工夫や、こちらの行動とタイミングを見計らって絶妙なサービスを提供くださいました。 本当に感謝です!!
