All staff members were truly great!
Things were okay in general except that when I spend $185/night I expect to at least have decent pillows! All 4 on each bed were terrible and somewhat clumpy. Also not technically the hotel’s fault but way too many smokers to my liking so walking in or out of the hotel or in the elevators we had to hold our breath.

Les chambres très défrichées., la lampes pour éclairer le très petit bureau de travail et t’es sur une chaise en plus que le bureau était tellement petit que j’avais de la difficulté à faire mon travaille avec mon ordinateur.

Pas assez propre

The girl at the front desk in the evening was excellent. She helped us most nights we were there to find places to eat and was just a very cheerful person.
Little disappointed in housekeeping as they missed our room at least two of the four days we were there. The front desk lady gave us some TP we were running low on. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

After reviewing your stay, we noticed on the second day (oct 3rd), a "Do Not Disturb" sign was placed on your door, on the third day our team was unable to make beds as personal belongings were left on the bed, on the fourth day housekeeping was completed. However, we do apologize if this was an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Hotel is conveniently located near a freeway exit. Pleasant and efficient staff members. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was included and it was good. No additional charges for parking or internet.

Staff are wonderful. Very polite, excellent and professional service from every single staff member.
Building and rooms are outdated and in need of some upkeep and repairs; stained carpets, small dings and holes in walls, pool area in need of cosmetic repairs to painted walls, etc. Lastly, Wifi is not reliable.
