Whidbey Cottage near Lanley

I booked with VRBO, then got handed off to Vacasa as the property manager. Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel.
The cottage is really nice.

Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was just as pictured, very comfortable. Quiet area, wonderful outdoor deck looking out at Saratoga Passage. Visited Greenbank, Holmes Winery. Highly recommend this spot for relaxing Whidbey Island visit.

Perfect little get away
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of this property is one of the best i have stayed at, very clean, it has everything you need, hangers, iron, steamer, etc.. you have the option to walk down to the beach (5 min walk) and see the beaches and what the island has to offer, the neighborhood is stunning and neighbors are very friendly! I look forward to staying here again when i come back to Whidbey island!

Chill and quiet

Water View
Publié le 5 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was nice and quiet but we didn't realize from the online pictures that it was a mother-in-law house on the property with the main house just a few feet away. We didn't feel like we could go outside and enjoy the view or the deck because the main house was right there. There is no privacy. If you don't mind no privacy it was perfect! Really close to town.

It was indeed a cozy cottage for a relaxing getaway for a couple. Clean, well-stocked and lovely decor. The view was gorgeous. A propane grill on the deck would have been a nice addition.
