Was a good value for the price. A little run down but the price was better than the other hotels so it’s a trade off. Conveniently located to the expressway and clean.

Never having stayed at this hotel before I was shocked by the condition. The carpets in the hallways and in our room were torn and filthy. The tile floors in our bathroom were cracked and the areas around the soda machine and ice machine were sticky. Tried to do a load of laundry, but the machines didn’t work. No one came to empty trash or take away dirty towels. Finally, I put the towels outside the door and someone picked them up but didn’t return with clean towels so my husband had to go to the front desk for clean towels. There was some sort of stain on the wall in our room and the bathtub actually had holes that it appeared someone tried to epoxy over. if I am in need to make a trip back to Lansing Michigan, my wife and I will not stay in that hotel again.

The shower was not clean, our daughter had to clean out the shower before using it.

Rude front desk staff, dirty carpets and smelly hotel halls. Not recommend to anyone to stay there, 8.4 points out of 10 looks like cheating reviews

The staff was friendly. The property was outdated and dirty.
