When we arrived late at night there was a crowd of drunk people hanging out in the parking lot threatening to fight, an individual dressed fully in black, masked with only eyes showing walking next to someone who was clearly a prostitute through the lobby, and the host must have casually thrown out the f word at least 10 times when checking in the group before me, also clearly checking in to join a party. The carpeting is gross throughout, and the parking lot and hallway smelled like marijuana. I had a two day reservation and asked for a refund only for the second day, so I could change hotels, and was refused. The only good parts were: the bedding seemed clean and tge breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is safe, but the clientel, host and conditions of the hotel were bad.

Amazing!

This was absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at very clean and comfortable and at a very reasonable price! Will be staying at again when I visit Lansing! As a cherry on top it is very close to the Lansing mall and too many great places to eat!

It was dirty. The carpets need to he cleaned. I have stayed here many times but not again. It has gone downhill. The desk chair in our room looked like a cat shredded it.

Couple of nights in Lansing

Have stayed here a couple of times and it has always been very convenient, and I will stay here again. I would recommend staying here. All this said, the building is showing signs of age, wear and tear. Could use some fresh carpet throughout. The room seemed to be missing some furniture or something, there seemed to be a void in the room. Also, the breakfast was thin, although most would probably consider it a typical continental breakfast. There was one of the mornings where I could not find anything to eat as I am trying to watch the carb intake. Again, I will definitely be staying there again, just with hopes that there is some improvement.

I booked an accessible room at this hotel. I took a chance, coming in from another part of the state, for work. I stayed in it all week, then booked it for the following. Everything was fine up to then. The guy at the front desk, was great. The second Friday I was there, I got a call at work. It's really loud there, but I answered. I was told someone showed up and they needed my room. I was paid up til the next day, Saturday. The woman kept pressuring me. I told I was checking out the next day, but she kept insisting. I told her I would be back to my room from work, til around 6. This is where the worse thing I've had to endure, at a hotel, happened. They insisted on moving MY PERSONAL ITEMS, while I was not there. When I got to the hotel, my stuff was in a different room. I was absolutely beside myself. I told the desk guy I'd expect to be reimbursed for that night. He said the manager would be informed the next day. And in the least surprising part of all, NOTHING WAS DONE. NO APOLOGY. NO NOTHING. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We stayed for a week and up until the last night, it was great and very quiet and peaceful. We had the pool to ourselves for the first 5 days so that was nice. The breakfast buffet was good and probably the best part of the stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen area and it was very convenient to have a full sized fridge and a sink to wash dishes in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a TV in each room.
