Great Place to Stay
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsRooms were clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped with the exception of the shower which was lacking a hand held sprayer. It's something that really makes a difference in my opinion, and when there isn't one I always have to wonder how they actually clean and rinse the shower but that's probably just me. The location was a bit noisy with the train tracks right next to my room but white noise machines were provided which was great. The bistro leaves much to be desired but overall a good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a great stay. Very quiet and our check in was exceptional. The front desk was very nice and attentive.

I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. The staff is beyond professional and more importantly, incredibly hospitable. They answered my questions with smiles and warmth. The room is one of the best designed rooms I've ever stayed at, I had a place for everything. I had to do some work for a conference I'm attending and the desk with accessible outlets and great space made me excited to get to work. And let me especially point out their closet space and actual hooks! The shower you have to experience to love. But what's truly bringing me back is the customer service. From room 236, keep it up and see you soon!
