The rooms were nice. However, they did not have breakfast options which was mentioned on your site. The front desk was unaware or uncaring of the closed breakfast/ coffee cafe. A staff member at the cafe was offering complementary drip coffee. Others were going to the cafe for breakfast and were turned away. Guests should have been notified about this when they checked in. That alone, I'd say poor service.

Run around for a receipt by the front desk and no one getting back after 2 weeks. No breakfast available due to lack of supplies.
