Wasn't really much for breakfast, the jacuzzi didn't work plus their was some issues with the shower spraying outside the tub and the faucet being crooked. But the staff was excellent, very helpful and nice.

They are in the tail end of finishing renovations but that did not impact our stay. We had a late check in and the front desk staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I would stay here again.

The staff were all incredibly lovely. That being said, their were several dirt stains on my kids' sheets and the bath tub was peeling and had rusty mildew looking gunk growing between the peeling tub and the temporary slip mat they placed down. The pool area was clean enough but definitely overall run down. They are currently renovating which we understand, but the areas not-under-construction were damp and dingey. It was fine for two nights but not somewhere i feel is worth the money or i would run to return to.

Great location, comfortable beds, needs some work

The hotel is under construction and I can understand disarray comes with that, but construction stuff was scattered everywhere. There was even a tarp on the ground at the entrance we had to step over.
The elevator was very loud and sounded like it was going to break at any minute.
The original room we checked into was a king and when we got in the room, it was extremely muggy and warm. We turned the air on and and left and when we returned, it was still hot and the air conditioner was making a ridiculous noise. There was hair in several spots on the bathroom floor when we got there, and there was only an outlet on one side of the bed, which didn't work for us because we needed outlets for two sleep machines. When I called down to the front desk, Alex graciously got me into a new room and even brought me up the keys.
I was moved to a double queen room, and there were enough outlets in the middle to run both machines and our cell phones.
The rooms look like they had been newly renovated, but things were put back together, very sloppy. The toilet paper holder was falling apart. The cabinet door to our fridge cabinet didn't close and you could tell the carpets just don't get regularly vacuumed along the ledges and in the corners especially in the bathroom.
For the price I paid, I had higher expectations for this facility.

This room was incredible. I loved the office deak area with sitting area. The bathroom was wonderful. Thr lobby/rwgiatration area waa still under consteuxtion but it was fine. The staff was very helpful and nice.
