Very modern and clean. Staff very friendly Was initially given an accessible room by mistake then given an upgrade to a one bedroom suite only to find out it was only a reg room. Pretty disappointed but didn’t want to switch rooms a third time :(

Pretty hotel but not clean

Positives: Service was quick and friendly. Pretty decor. Negatives: This hotel is brand new but filthy. Stained sheets, hairs all over the bathroom and room, trash in the room. Dirty floors/counters. Tons of gross hair in the hot tub and the pool was cloudy.

Great hotel!!!! only one minor issue

The hotel is beautiful, loved almost everything! What I didn’t like: The flashing light on the fire alarm was making me nauseous, I tried to hide from it but it illuminated the whole room. I would stay again but that would definitely have to be addressed

SO IMPRESSED!

I am not someone who leaves reviews very often, but I was EXTREMELY impressed with my stay! My best friend and I decided to have a spontaneous girls night away where we could just hang out at the hotel and utilize the hot tub. The room was AMAZING! I paid for a standard 3 queen room and the room had a kitchenette complete with a stove, pans and dishes and a fridge with a freezer and ice maker! The pool and hot tub were nice, and the people at the front desk were very helpful! They even had a blender we could borrow so we could make some pina coladas. Also, as a celiac (can’t have gluten), typically hotel breakfasts are hit and miss on whether I can have anything. Not only did they have fruit, protein (eggs, sausage, yogurt), but they had GLUTEN FREE MUFFINS!!!! I was so impressed!
