Excellent stay, great apartment, close to everything

Amazing sea views, lovely pool (although a bit too cold), walking distance of everything including a sea dip!
Great communication from property owner.
Would definitely stay here again.

There is only Two apartments on the complex with 2 x en-suites. The remainders are 1 x shared bathrooms, so if anyone is seeking Private WCs this one is for you.
With split aircon ( hot cold) in all rooms.
197 IPTV package, fast WIFI and 180 degree sea views from the lounge or alfresco terrace.

Perfect apartment for our first family trip to Lanzarote!
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were so happy with this accommodation for our week away! Myself, my partner and 2 children aged 8 and 12 stayed here and we couldn't have asked for more really.
Appartment was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect size for a family of 4.
Air con cost us about 10 euros for the week which was so worth it. We used it all night every night.
Location is great! When we arrived, I will admit, I was a little worried as we were right on the strip. ( We also arrived late evening so it was in full flow). However, once we'd followed Peter's very clear instructions to find the appartment in the complex, we were set back enough for the noise to not be a problem at all. Which meant it was a great central location and walking distance to everything. The view from the balcony and front window is stunning, so close to the beach!
Swimming pool is right behind the apartment and was clean and great for the kids, (adults too!).
Communication with Peter was excellent.All the info he sent over before hand was very helpful and my questions were answered very quickly! We also had a problem with the door handle on arrival and after messaging, was fixed and sorted the same day. Excellent service!
Only suggestion I could make is to have a couple of essentials left in the appartment for people to use as its self catering. Salt, oil etc for cooking and maybe spare bin bags. Not really a problem at all though.
We fell in love with Puerto Del Carmen and will be back!

Perfect
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful holiday at this excellant apartment. It is modern and well equiped with stunning views in a great location just a 2 minute stroll to the beach. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again in the future.

We were told this but thought we could manage as there was 4 of us … it was just to much for her we did get out 1day with her and struggled ..the pool was lovely to .. we enjoyed ourself but couldn’t go with my aunt again .. Peter did tel us about the stairs and hill …

A mobility scooter would have been an option but hindsight is great after the fact.

Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayHad an amazing week. Apartment just as described. Immaculately clean. Superb showers. Comfortable bed and great kitchen facilities. I always struggle with TVs abroad but this was a breeze.
Will be back.
