When we arrived, I overheard the front desk telling another customer that there was no internet and to just use their data. Seriously? How can you say that to an international traveller who most likely does not have local coverage? Also, a rat ran across us as we were walking towards the lobby. That is probably why they have cats on the grounds. Once you get into the rooms, everything is just old and musty. Our lock was broken and there are no peepholes to see who is on the other side of the door. For a newish hotel, it already needs renovating.

Nice new hotel that needs improvement

Nice new hotel; however, there was a foul odor coming out of the water in the shower. I reported the smell but nothing was done. Moreover, the temperature of the water was cold. I reported the water temperature too but it was not corrected. In any event, the staff was nice.

There are too many staff that are strolling around the lobby. Too much noise (private conversations)from the staffs are heard. The bottled water in the room are used, need to call the front to complain are stressfull. The building is new but the amenities and the towels are bad.

Unfolded my towels and dead insects came out. Water wasnt hot due to it not being turned on. Also sat at the restaurant for 10mins waiting for service till i just got up and walked out. ver was friendly. Just need more training
