Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience...

No hot water. No cleaners. Reception was useless in calling maintenance. Washing machine leaking, air conditioner in room leaking which caused minor flooding in the room and kitchen. Brown out lost power to the room with no backup generator. Had to leave to room because of no power. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Hello I am sorry about this incident, I am out of town, I informed my staff why did they put you on different room?.I told them to put you in.8 Newtown Boulevard,.not in One Manchesters Place.Rest assured I will deal with them regarding this. May I know if you are still in Newtown Sir so I can transfer you other comfortable room? Pls let me know.

We spend over 5 hours in hot, humid lobby of building waiting for owner of condo to arrive with key as they don't allow the staff at site to keep copies to attend to the needs of the guests. The room was filled with bugs. The television was unusable because all the batteries for the remotes were either dead or missing. No internet available at the time of renting. The place could be/should be very nice.... It is in high quality building same area around property is very modern and high class.... But taking care of guests is not too priority for the owners of this place.... And if they don't like renting to Expedia guests they should just take their property of the site instead of complaining to guest about how long it takes for then to get paid.

실제 판매하고 있는 호텔과 전혀 다름 예약된곳 없다하여 여기저기 찾아 헤매 2-3시간 방황 우여곡절 끝에 찾았더니 왠 에이전트를 불러댐 정상적이라면 호텔 유의사항,디파지2천페소 지불등 정식적인 절차가 있어야 하는데 그런거 없이 호텔 정직원이 아닌 다른 현지인이 와서 체크인 해줌 체크아웃할때 키 어케 하냐 했더니 룸에 그냥 놓고 가라함 ㅎㅎ 찜찜해서 둘러보니 살던집임! 사랍장에 본인들 옷쳐박아놓은거 침구색깔 호텔정식적인 흰색 아닌 왠 알록달록?현지이불?ㅋㅋ베게에 침자국 세탁기옆 급히 꾸겨놓은 본인들 캐리어 짐 ㅡㅡ 도저히 잘수없어 다시 에이전트 불름 다른방 보여줬으나 냄새는 기본 앞과 똑같음 돈을 더주던 옆 c스윗으로 옮겨주던 깨끗한방 주라 했더니 자기들은 예약담당 아니라 이것저것 핑계댐 취소하려면 어케 해야 하냐니 한국가서 하라함 결국 우리 사비로 지금 판매하고 있는 이미지 c스윗으로 거짓30만원돈 내고 새로 다시 잡음 ㅡㅡ 판매하고 있는 이미지랑 숙소가 다른데 왜 올려놓고 판매 하는지 정말 이해못함 절대 요즘 소비자들이 얼마나 무서운지 모르는건지 ..숙소하나 땜에 세부여행 망친거 하며 생각할수록 화가나서 쉽게 잊혀지지 않음 도저히 넘어갈수 없기에 컴플레인

최악입니다.

최악입니다. 총 2일 숙박하엿는데 첫날은 주변의 현지인들이 키우는 개와 닭때문에 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 그리고 다음날 수건하나 달라그랬더니 콘시어지는 그런 업무를 하지 않더군요. 약간 에어비엔비 같은 느낌이라 집주인이 따로 있는 것 같았습니다.
