Nightmare facilities, air conditioning leaks, no restaurant, elevator broke down so had to walk up 14 flights of stairs, electricity went off constantly, impossible to get taxi service. STAY AWAY, VERY TINY ROOMS NO SUPPORT STAFF WORST PLACE EVER IN MY 30 YEARS OF TRAVEL

Dear Mr. GILBERT, We are disappointed by your incredibly angry and subjective review of our property. I wish you had looked at all of our reviews on booking.com beforehand so you could see that we have never been judged so illogically and untruthfully by someone like you. Our rating is currently classified as VERY GOOD (8,3 points = its exzellent review , please see the LINK (https://www.booking.com/Share-Z1l9zBX) . That we took care of you and that unfortunately YOU NEVER opened the door for us and never read our emails, let alone answered them, we were not informed about what their problems were. We are also allowed to enter your apartment without your permission. Unfortunately, you completely ignored us. We would be there immediately if something needed to be repaired. But unfortunately you DONT wanted to have to do with people, You never open the DOOR. Outside your apartment there are 2 German elevators that are constantly being serviced and there is always an elevator in use in an emergency. And the reason you wanted to walk was perhaps because you didn't have the patience to wait for the elevator to be intact. Unfortunately, it is also sometimes the case that there is a power outage, but we have a replacement or an emergency power unit where it automatically switches on immediately in an emergency, so that there are no interruptions for a second. We received your electricity bill and it was disproportionately high (provably around 90 USD for a month), especially since you were only one person, so that's why you always had electricity. We also have enough restaurants within walking distance and we also offer a bring-in menu in the hotel and there are also enough taxis and you can order a local taxi through us or independently on your behalf at any time. We have all the information in our room in the guest booklet. Your room is and has always been 32 square meters and you knew before booking that your room was 32 square meters. By the way, 32 square meters is a medium-sized room. But in any case, we would like to apologize to you and if we are able to compensate you in any way or give you compensation, we ask you to contact us at any time. And next time please speak to us directly and open the door for us. We currently have a top apartment and everything has been repaired and it is fully functional.
