Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe had a 4 night stay for a family of 6 in a 2 bedroom/4 bed unit. My best piece of advice is this:
When you check in, you will have a host that will bring you to your room. DO NOT LET THE HOST LEAVE until you are completely satisfied with your room.
Make sure everything meets expectations from WiFi to Hot water and shower pressure. These units are individually owned and don't appear to have an standard of maintenance/upkeep. We had maintenance replace 2 shower heads, fix a leaky toilet and fix hot water during our 4 night stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful so treat them nice.
Other warnings:
1) The beach is a long walk for little kids... about 700 meters
2) They try to sell you the units
3) No Laundry service onsite. We had a washer/dryer in our room but it was only for guests staying for 30 days or more
4) Laundry service available in the building next to us, but it has a 2-3 day turn around. They do have self-service, but it was just inconvenient for our large family.
5) No free luggage storage. So if you checkout at 11:45 and you have a ride at 2pm, it cost 300php ($6) per bag to store 0-4 hours and they have a very small storage and it is not in the same building.
6) These are private condos so don't expect the same level of service you would get in a hotel.
A few good things:

Every experience is likely different since the condos are individually owned. Overall it was... meh

Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure.

The hotel ripped us off when we got here. Said we had not payed and we had to pay for the first night twice and when they found out we had payed in full for the 10 nights they didnt give our money back. We couldnt settle into the rooms because they moved us around 4 times into different rooms. The tv channels never worked. We had to buy our own toilet paper. We found food scraps on the plates and cups in the cupboards. I will never stay here again. Let it be a warning to others.

Worst accommodation facility ever

Made my reservation via Hotels.com, which didn't provide me with enough information where to check-in, whom to contact on-site etc as this facility is far from a common hotel check-in system. It's not even close to the check-in system of Airbnb.
Had to run around with all our equipment between Tower 1&2, and 3&4 to find out where we could get our keys.
We were greeted by the building's security staff who had no clue although they had all the necessary papers in place. Issue? Security staff taking care of check-in process doesn't make any sense as it's NOT their job!!!!
Arriving at around 16:00, check-in took us 1 hour and 15 minutes. ONE HOUR!!!!
-Room condition: YOU CAN GET BETTER DEALS.
-Cleanliness: EXTREMELY BAD. Especially the bathroom. Looks like the bathroom hasn't been properly cleaned once since its opening. Ants in the kitchen, which bites.
-WiFi: GREAT. The only thing that worked properly.
-Value for Money: NOT WORTH!
And please don't refer to 'room cleaning' as putting some new towels on the bed. Cleaning the room means mopping the floor, properly cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash, exchanging bed sheets, and actually cleaning the toilet using water and cleaning fluids & tools.
Surrounding areas also becomes unsafe after 23:00.
CONCLUSION: Looks great on picture, reality is exactly the opposite.

1.주방 하수구가 막혀서 악취가 나요.
2.프론트에 연락해도 받지 않음
3.수도 꼭지는 고장났고, 온수도 잘 않나오며 수압도 약하여
씻기 불편함
4.청결 상태도 너무 더럽고 엉망임.
5.침구류와 타올도 오래되고 낡았으며 깨끗이 빨지 않아서 냄새남.
6.여기저기 요청해도 아무도 책임지려고 하지 않아요.
7.베란다에 빨래 널지 말라는 사전 공지 없이, 밖에 넣었다고 1000페소 벌금 내라고 함.
8.호텔의 상태를 미리 확인 하지 않고, 왜 Expedia에서 이 상품을 파는지 도저히 이해 못하겠어요.

高層マンションで、17階の部屋だったがシャワーがまったくと言っていいほど、出ないし、ぬるいし最悪だった。日本語を、話せるスタッフがいなくて、苦労した。
