The area was clean, safe, and upscale, and the hotel is located in Newtown. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and will make every effort to ensure your visit is what you expect. We did not visit the hotel's restaurant. If we return, which is highly likely, we will be sure to take advantage of the on-site dining and gym facilities. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel cafe for breakfast is small. Food variety limited in selection and quantity. They are so stingy, budget insufficient food for breakfast. You got to wait for food to replenish, totally poor food mgmt. Quality of good to below average, hotel has so many foreigners, they serve cheap local Philippines food such as sausage, white rice, garlic rice, chariso, poor quality of salad, veggie poor quality and dried. Overall hotel front reception is too small, cannot accomodate large crowd, turns out to be a noisy market. Disappointed. When I feedback to front desk staff, they just deny my feedback or ignore me. This hotel cannot do big business, even their staff thinks highly of themselves being a premium hoteilier but in fact, they have not seem a 4-5 star hotel operation. The only good about this hotel is situated close to the airport.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel for much of the last 4 weeks. The Junior Suite is perfect size for us but our only complaint is the bed is too small. If there were King beds, the hotel would be excellent. The staff and team members are great and we had small issues but they were handled immediately. Thanks for a nice stay and we look forward to staying again soon.

This one of many stays here.....I think 5 or 6 in the past 6 months. Never any complaints. Breakfast buffet is always good. Staff and service always good. It is 25 minutes from the airport. The beach near (only 10 minute walk) or hotel shuttle is very nice. Hopefully the umbrellas damaged by a recent storm will be replaced soon.

We were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was but we really enjoyed our week stay. We liked it so much we booked another 11 nights. The room is small but cozy. There is a nice pool with a bar and the restaurant and bar at the ground floor are always inviting and pleasant. The staff is well trained and very nice. Looking forward to our next stay.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Swimming pool had way to much chlorine that it left our fingers wrinkled and when u go underwater it stings ur eyes. Water was not clear at all.
