Was there for the Sanford Futures Golf Tournament. The room was wonderful, clean and spacious. Loved the walk in shower. Casino was fun. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Had a great waitress/bartender at the Sports Bar. Only negative was the only place available to eat with minors was the Drop In Cafe. Was looking forward to Robert’s Buffet but that was closed the three days I was there.

Madeleine - It's nice to hear you had a great stay at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort. The Big Drop Cafe is our only public dining option during the week. Robert's Buffet is open Friday-Sunday due to staffing. We hope to see you again at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort sometime again soon!

Even though I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel said it had been cancelled and refused to give me a room. I received NO notification from either the hotel or Expedia that the room had been cancelled. Other guests in our group had booked 2 queens but were give king sized beds.

Hello William. I am not showing this at all. In fact, I am showing you (or Brad P) checked in at 4:01pm this past Saturday, 07.20. 24. The details of the booking through Expedia did not change either. You booked a deluxe king bed and that is what you checked into. I'm sorry if you are confused about something or I am missing something, but those are the details I am showing. We do not make changes to room types unless requested. We hope you enjoyed the outdoor pool and your stay. See you soon!
